Rôzna štruktúra častíc kŕmnych zmesí a jej vzťah ku kvalite a pevnosti granúl
Balog, Ronald
The diploma thesis is dealing with issues of different feed structures and its relation to quality and durability of pellets. Academic work. This thesis shows process of making pelleted feed mixtures, starting with right choice of feed and structure of particles, continuing with description of pelletization process. End of literature part is about evaluation right physical characteristics, nutritional aspects and effect of feeding pellets to animals. In experimental part, the work is devoted to the analysis and comparison of the structure of feed mixtures. The results of dry and wet sieve analysis, the results of measuring the hardness of pellets and the results of measuring the length of pellets. A statistically significant difference (P<0,05) was confirmed in structure of feed mixtures after pelletization, in influence of structure on physical quality of pellets and influence of pellet binders
Design of Automatic Pet Feeder
Vlčková, Barbora ; Buganská, Tamara (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the design of an automatic pet feeder that allows remote feeding support for cats and small to medium-sized dogs. The design is based on knowledge gained from design and technical analyses. Focus was placed on functional, ergonomic, and hygienic aspects. The resulting product is a modern pet feeder with added features that ensure the user has full control over feeding their pet.
Experimental granular software with spatial setting
Pospíšil, Tomáš ; Dlouhý, Dan (referee) ; Indrák, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design and realization of the experimental software, which has the task to distribute the granular synthesis into surround sound, specifically into the octofonic sound system. The software is designed as a VST3 plugin, which was created in a JUCE framework. Apart of problematics mentioned above the thesis also contains theoretical and technical knowledge linked with granular synthesis, surround sound and a form of realization of a resulting software. The end of this thesis is dedicated to the testing phase and deficits of resulting software.
Effect of diet on occurrence of gastrointestinal parasites in domestic animals (dogs, cats, hedgehogs, ferrets).
FILCOVÁ, Kristýna
The literature review, which is the part of the diploma thesis, contains a summary of the most widespread methods of pet food. It also contains a summary of gastrointestinal parasites in dogs, cats, hedgehogs and ferrets, and the methods of their diagnostics and therapy. The practical part of my thesis focused on collecting samples of pet excrements in the course of 2021 2023, which were then examined fot the presence of parasites using the standard coprological flotation method. In the course of the above-mentioned years, the questionnares were also provided to the pets owners, which the pet owners filled out. The questionnaire contained questions about the methods of pet food, methods of prevention used against gastrointestinal parasites, possible infection of pets with gastrointestinal parasites and the therapy used, and questions about the knowledge of this issue among pet owners. The number of infections of pets based on methods of pet food, methods of prevention used with individual methods of pet food, occurrence of the endoparasites with the prevention used, the opinion on the effectiveness of the prevention method and the opinion on the possibility to get infected from the infected pet were evaluated as well. The presence of infection with gastrointestinal parasites did not differ in individual categories of pet food. I did not prove that pets fed raw food were infected with parasites from this food. The thesis proves that pet fed heat-treated food, which is not a source of infection, are often infected with parasites. Infection from environment is a source of infection more often than feeding raw food.
Effect of carp feeding on species composition and dynamics of zooplankton in ponds
ŠAUER, Pavel
Aim of this thesis was an analysis of the feeding influence on species composition and dynamics of zooplankton. The ponds were stocked with common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The theoretical part describes the planktonic communities, seasonal dynamics of zooplankton, pond management, food of carp and methodology. The practical part deals with, based on sampling, analysis of species composition and dynamics of zooplankton.
